PORTLAND — Tedda Yeo and Jeff LaChance of Portland are happy to announce their engagement. Tedda is the daughter of David and Judy Yeo of Glenburn. Jeff is the son of Stephen and Linda LaChance of Bucksport.

Tedda is a graduate of John Bapst Memorial High School and the University of Maine with a degree in political science. She is employed as the annual giving coordinator at Thornton Academy. Jeff is a graduate of Bucksport High School and the University of Maine with a degree in education. He is employed as a senior account executive at Surveillance Specialties, Ltd.

The couple is planning a September 2012 wedding in Portland.
