BANGOR — The families of Alexander M. Porter and Keya L. Patten are delighted to announce that the couple is engaged to be married. Keya is the daughter of Donald and Eileen Patten of Cambridge, N.Y., and Alexander is the son of Glen Porter and Jean Deighan of Bangor.

Alexander and Keya are 2010 graduates of Saint Michael’s College, Colchester, Vt., where they met during their senior year. Alexander is a sales associate at Nissan of Saratoga in Malta, N.Y., and Keya has joined her family’s business, Patten Insulation.

The couple is planning an Aug. 4, 2012, wedding in Cambridge, N.Y.
